Welcome to everyone interacting with this month's newsletter. The coldest winter for thirty years has thawed and moved out of town. The clocks have sprung forward as we finally move into spring, a fantastic time of year for spring cleaning our lives, and realigning with our dreams, goals and aspirations.

I have just returned from a flying visit to Los Angeles where we have some really exciting news about future television shows and books. This year is shaping up to be full of positive challenges and rewarding manifestation for a lifetimes work reaching a larger audience. Kerry Katona comes to the office and talks Spiritual Detox

Kerry Katona came to the office last week as she is working with me on a new television show we have in production called 'Spiritual Detox'. This really exciting programme will consist of me taking four celebrities and four members of the public who have struggled with destructive patterns in relationships and their life, (That's all of us!) and who have tried other forms of therapy for addictive behaviour.

I will take them to the retreat in Wales where over the course of an intensive week of emotional clearing, past life regression, understanding of their subconscious and the negative repetitive patterns that have been running in their life, they will participate in all the healing and clearing aspects of my 'Spiritual Detox' programme to once and for all really move on positively in their lives. Kerry loves the programme and I'm looking forward to the start of filming in six weeks time.

My unique 'Spiritual Detox' programme is repeated throughout the year. The next retreat I will be running from 23-28th of May. Online Spiritual Development Course

This April 28th 2010 sees the exciting launch of my first 12 month online course in Spiritual Development. This year long course will consist of understanding the subconscious, clearing destructive blocks and negative repetitive patterns, developing your intuition, and working with your thoughts, your energy and your interactions with others and with life. Each month I will introduce a new topic, a downloadable visualisation, tasks, self-investigation, writing exercises, interaction with a closed group forum and feedback.

We are already 75% fully subscibed as I am keeping the participants on the course to a limited number and each person has to fulfil certain criteria. Firstly on a practical level, you would need internet connection and the ability to download audio podcasts, send and receive e-mails and join a closed group forum. Secondly and more importantly you would have to have a commitment to a twelve month programme of self development and be willing to investigate your own subconscious, habits, traits and patterns. Finally with your interest and enquiry I ask for you to submit a 3 paragraph letter explaining why you want to develop spiritually, what work you have done on yourself already and what you are hoping to achieve with the course.
