WELCOME

A warm welcome to everyone involved with this newsletter, extra warmth in a climate of chill winds, biting rain, morning frost and fleeting Winter sun. Firstly I must thank all of you who have sent in your positive feedback from the workshops you have attended, readings you have had or general interactions with my 'blog' and articles in magazines. For those asking about forthcoming workshops and retreats I will detail the Winter / early Spring programme below. It is also that time of year again when from the 15th - 19th December you can have a personal telephone or e-mail reading with me, booking details are below.

On a Global level, many of the prophecies of the last 20 years are continuing to manifest, concerning a shaking up of old and stagnant belief systems - especially those based in fear and control - They are starting to crumble. Exciting times if you are working on yourself and your connection to the light, and are forging ahead with a clarity of positive purpose, integrity and love. 15 years ago I was often the last port of call and only for those open minded and prgressive thinkers. Today in many instances I am the first port of call for top businessmen, successful actors and health professionals - change is afoot -

THE WEIGH FORWARD

Again, thank you to all of you who have participated in my 'Weigh Forward' workshops this year.  As you may be aware this is a unique and cutting edge programme that I have developed over the last 15 years finally getting to the root issues and understanding of weight loss, body shape and image. The subconscious has a fascinating role to play in our weight management, and my 'WEIGH FORWARD' programme uniquely deals with weight loss from the inside out, with startling results. This month High Spirit magazine has showcased the Weigh Forward - http://www.juleswilliams.com/press-room.htm - and from the 15th December you can also see it featured in Soul and Spirit magazine. Not only will I be running regular Weigh Forward workshops next year but I am also for the first time running a 9 week programme (2 hour sessions once a week from 7-9pm) starting on Monday 19th of January, and I will be running a 4 hour workshop at London's Mind Body Spirit festival in May. WALES RETREAT - 21-26 February

I am having a wonderful time connecting with all the readers of High Spirit magazine. It is a very well received publication run by passionate, informative people. SQUIRREL MEDICINE

Squirrel medicine is perfect for this time of year. Although accepted wisdom offers that squirrel is teaching us to prepare for change, to honour our future and to 'lighten our load' by letting go of things - such as friendships that no longer serve us, clutter, old habits, stuff and general stagnant items, people or circumstances in our life there is also a powerful message that is relevant for this period of consciousness shift. Squirrel is teaching us to stop 'gathering' knowledge wisdom and information in the healing arts. many people have trained for their life's purpose and are stuck at the precipice of launching themselves off and into action. the action of practicing what they are trained to do, of starting to work with people, to offer healing in whichever capacity resonates with them. There comes a point with 'gathering' knowledge where the training and searching has to end and the action of doing and practice has to start. if this resonates with you then follow squirrel medicine over the next month to really state your intent for the new you in the new year.
