WELCOME TO MARCH'S EDITION
Quick note... Everyone reading this newsletter, will hopefully have signed up at some stage over the years, if you no longer wish to receive it in the future please follow the link at the bottom of this edition to unsubscribe - thank you x
As always, I wanted to extend a warm welcome to everyone interacting with this month's newsletter. Many of my clients, (past and present) friends and contacts I may only get the chance through this newsletter to say hello to... and so hope that you are all enjoying 2010 so far. Spring has finally arrived, where even for a guy like me brought up in the Welsh valleys I had become a little bored with the cold and dreary weather and being told by my wife to put a jacket on - what's one of those.
It's certainly been a faster start to the year this year, with circumstances changing, events happening and a general speeding up of life's lessons and our soul journey, so don't worry, keep doing the work on yourselves and enjoy the ride. This month I will be bringing you up to date with all that is happening and also the exciting launch of my 12 months 'Online Spiritual Development Programme.' where I will being taking a limited number of people through a year's online course of spiritual development, covering all aspects of the soul, the subconscious, emotional intelligence, and thought management. I will be integrating this through a mixture of notes, podcasts, downloadable visualisations, tasks and challenges. There is a criterion for acceptance onto the course, to find out more...

Liam Gallagher What's the SUBCONSCIOUS Story Morning Glory
Good old Liam, up to his tricks again at the recent Brit awards, but on a more serious level as with every single one of us, there is always a deeper meaning behind our behaviours and emotional reactions. Most of us will at some stage over the last 15 years have witnessed some form of Liam's 'toy throwing.' It is behaviour that is easy to judge as obnoxious and childish but delving into his subconscious it is actual behaviour that has been set up and patterned in his childhood.
Liam's father, Thomas was often violently abusive to his family, although his older brothers Noel and Paul took the most abuse. From a childhood point of view two things would have been set up with Liam, firstly his subconscious would have seen his brothers getting the 'attention' from his father and although the attention was so destructive, to children attention equals love. Secondly the guilt of watching his brother's suffer violence would have made Liam feel powerless that he couldn't help.
As an adult Liam is doing two things, firstly trying to attract 'attention' in by drawing male violence towards him (often from his brother Noel who had more attention from his father than he did) and secondly by sorting out any trouble he was in effect to his subconscious stopping his father's violence, but the same way a woman may do anything to try and hold onto a man, because the subconscious is trying to rewrite history and stop her father leaving - it can't work that way... to break any destructive patterns www.juleswilliams.com
Launch of new Online Spiritual Development Programme
I am proud to announce that April 28th 2010 is the launch of my first 12 month online course in Spiritual Development. This year long course will consist of understanding the subconscious, clearing destructive blocks and negative repetitive patterns, developing your intuition, and working with your thoughts, your energy and your interactions with others and with life. Each month I will introduce a new topic, a downloadable visualisation, tasks, self-investigation, writing exercises, interaction with a closed group forum and feedback.
I am keeping the participants on the course to a limited number and each person has to fulfil certain criteria. Firstly on a practical level, you would need internet connection and the ability to download audio podcasts, send and receive e-mails and join a closed group forum. Secondly and more importantly you would have to have a commitment to a twelve month programme of self development and be willing to investigate your own subconscious, habits, traits and patterns. Finally with your interest and enquiry I ask for you to submit a 3 paragraph letter explaining why you want to develop spiritually, what work you have done on yourself already and what you are hoping to achieve with the course. To apply for a place and see the costs of the course please go to...

LOVELY BONES
This month The Lovely Bones, The Lord of the Rings director Peter Jackson’s new film adapted from the book by Alice Sebold, is out in movie theatres nationwide. The lovely Bones is narrated by the main protagonist 14 year old schoolgirl Susie Salmon who is brutally killed by serial murderer and chilling deviant Mr Harvey, a local neighbour. During the film we witness both Susie’s existence in an in-between world of spirit and also her parent’s and sisters trials and tribulations in dealing with her death and pursuing justice on earth.
What I found interesting on an esoteric level, is the way, (close to my own understanding) how not only is the power of our thoughts still relevant with our soul when we are in spirit but the strength of emotions (and thoughts) of others can keep us stuck too. So on all levels, the grief of Susie’s parents, and Susie’s love for them keeps her close by with both parties subconsciously not allowing her to go into the light. ALSO, Mr Harvey is a serial killer who has kept press information on the other people he has killed and a book of how he did it and also a personal item from each person.
That energy on a spiritual level shows how the continual thoughts by the killer can keep drawing in all the victims as well – it is interesting that in the film, that once Lindsay, (Susie’s sister) finds the killers book, the victims who are all stuck in the in-between world are released to go into the light.
When we say our thoughts create our reality, it is so true and such a powerful lesson we all have to understand, and can also have an effect in spirit. Part of creating your heaven on earth is to decide exactly who you are connecting with and where you are going when you die, otherwise similarly to the film, others can keep the soul stuck from going into the light. So don’t stop off for a cup of tea with grandma when you die, be clear you are heading for the highest source of light, which is also why we aim to release guilt and blame and all other hosts of emotions that would draw us back, I obviously mean our everyday guilt and blame not extreme examples like Hollywood movies and serial killers.
