Update & New website launch
A warm welcome and hello to all newsletter readers and those who have been involved with the many events / workshops / television and media interactions with myself and my professional work. It has been a fantastic summer - not so much on the weather front - in terms of the exciting shifts that have been occuring with friends, clients and the group consciousness in general. It's reassuring for us all to know we are not alone if we have experienced large scale changes in our lives recently.
I have brought my time with Psychic Television to a natural and loving conclusion during July, excited by the prospect of new TV ventures, workshops and the possibiliteis of publishing my book. I feel honoured to have been with psychic TV from it's inception and four and a half years of growth and expansion as we broke perceptions in a positive way about psychics, the psychic world and spirtuality. I will keep you posted on the new TV ventures as we get closer to broadcast.
My new website has now gone live, and I would love to hear your feedback. The Naked Psychic as a name is explained in greater detail at the site, but I apologise in advance for any misguided souls expecting to see the exposure of a new tool of divination ;-) there are I'm sure many more who are relieved that the 'naked' is metaphorical.
There are lots of exciting workshops / retreats and visionquests coming up before the years end, but I would like to mention for all the Northern viewers of the Television show that I have been looking forward to running something in MANCHESTER for a while and the opportunity of presenting a mornings seminar on past lives at the Mind Body Spirit festival in October was too good to miss. Medicine Animal of the Month - EAGLE -
Each month I would like to share some knowledge and understanding of what the Native American Indians would call the 'Medicine' of animals. The Natiive Americans as a rule understood our interconnectedness with all living things. They honoured that and made it an integrated part of their lives. Studying the animals they would carefully follow their patterns of behaviour, relationships, and general habits and purpose and when needed would apply those 'lessons' to their own life. Accessing my past lives and working with the animals symbolically for the last 10 years much of what I will share in this monthly newsletter has carried on the tradition of this animal medicine
Eagle medicine is very much about illumination. Eagle is the animal that flies closest to 'great spirit' - the higher source - If we are drawn to Eagle it is a perfect time to look at the bigger picture of your life, to explore your belief systems around your own spirituality. Only the Eagle can understand the mountain is an old Zen saying that reflects however challenging our pathway is if we can take a higher perspective and look down from above on our choices and experiences, a bigger picture can emerge from the seeming chaos of being in the thick of it. It is also carries wise energy for those who spend too long with their heads in the clouds or are tipping out of balance with their spirituality, Eagle has the strongest legs of all birds of prey, however high he flies he can ground himself very comfortably back in the physical reality of the world.
I have chosen the Eagle with the japanese Katana sword as my logo, for the many levels of this message - the spiritual warrior, where we can look and work with the highest levels of spirit and the spiritual realms. Knowing that if we don't take full and clear responsibility for that knowledge, healing and wisdom in the physical world of everyday life, we miss the lesson.
